How I work
There's no generic method, because there's no generic expertise. But there is an order, and that order isn't negotiable: knowledge first, offer second, tools last.

What we build together
01
Offer & method
Your knowledge exists, but it only has one form: you. We give it others. We name the method, break it into repeatable steps, and build a value ladder: an accessible entry point, a core offer, a premium tier, and a recurring format if it makes sense. Without this work, everything that follows amplifies a model that doesn't scale.
02
Acquisition
Bring people in predictably, rather than in waves of word of mouth. Concretely: identify the channels where your audience is actually reachable, test two or three seriously rather than eight half-heartedly, and build the mechanism that feeds the top of the funnel without depending on your daily presence. Paid buys speed, organic builds an asset: the two reinforce each other.
03
Content & personal brand
In your line of work, personal brand isn't a nice-to-have: it's the main trust factor before the first conversation even happens. The goal is to make it an acquisition asset, not another burden. We define the angles, build a production system (capture, repurposing one format into others, scheduling), and automate everything that doesn't require your voice. You stay the source; you're no longer the workshop.
04
Conversion
Between someone discovering you and someone paying, there's a path. We build it: pages, sequences, booking, objection handling placed exactly where objections arise. The principle is to have the system carry what you used to carry on a call, the education, the qualification, the trust-building, so your time is spent only on the conversations that matter.
05
Retention & LTV
A returning client costs far less than an acquired one. It's the most neglected lever among experts, who think in engagements rather than relationships. We work on what comes next: what you offer afterward, to whom, when, and through what mechanism the offer reaches them without you having to think about it.
06
Data & tracking
Without measurement, you optimize on intuition. We install tracking, define the few indicators that actually drive decisions (not a twenty-metric dashboard nobody looks at), and set up the test, measure, decide loop. It's also what makes the value produced visible: without it, neither you nor I know what actually worked.
Two ways to tackle the same problem
The difference isn't the tools. It's the order in which you use them.
The classic approach
You get sold a channel, a tool, or a service. It creates activity, rarely a change of scale.
We start with tools
One channel at a time
A system that depends on you
AI as the product being sold
Activity reporting
The way I work
We build the entire system around your method. The goal is to depend less on your hours.
We start with your method
The six levers, in order
A system that runs without you
AI as an execution advantage
Tracking based on revenue generated

What I don't do
Sell AI for the sake of selling AIInstall tools because they're trendyAutomate before understanding the businessWork on acquisition before the offer is structuredPromise results nothing can guaranteeImpose heavy technical trainingBill by the hour instead of by the systemStep in as a one-off executor on an isolated task
How it starts
You choose your entry point before contacting me. What follows is the same in both cases, up until the proposal.
